John J. McCabe served as Chief Equity Strategist of Shay Assets Management, Inc. for over 20 years and as co-manager of the AMF Large Cap Equity Fund managed by Shay Assets Management, until his retirement in December 2015. He has also served as Managing Director of Sterling Manhattan Corp., an investment banking firm, and spent 19 years at Bankers Trust Company serving in various capacities, including Managing Director of the Investment Management Group, Director of Investment Research and member of the Senior Investment Policy Committee. Mr. McCabe is a past director of the New York Society of Security Analysts, having served twice as its President. He is a past Governor of the CFA Institute. Mr. McCabe brings long-time experience in the securities industry and fund management business, as well as a background of investment banking, to the Company which makes him a valuable member of our Board of Directors.
