Mr. Kramer is the Vice President of Finance and CFO and a member of the board of directors of Valco Industries, Inc. Mr. Kramer is the Vice President of Finance, CFO, and a member of the board of directors of Valco Industries, Inc. which has principal offices in New Holland, Pennsylvania and whose principal activity is the design, manufacture, and sale of equipment used in the animal production industry. He has held his current position since 2022, having previously held other executive positions at Valco Industries, Inc., including Vice President of Operations from 2008 to 2022. Mr. Kramer was previously a director of a former affiliate bank of First Financial from 1987 to 2005 and joined the board of First Financial in 2005.
