Ms. Agrawal was appointed as a Non-Employee Director in June 2024. Ms. Agrawal currently serves as the chief executive officer of KiddeFenwal, an industrial and commercial fire suppression systems and safety controls manufacturer. Previously, Ms. Agrawal served as operating partner at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners Inc. ( Morgan Stanley ) from February 2021 to November 2024.
