Mr. Ellison serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Lowe s Companies, Inc., a home improvement retailer, serving as Chairman since June 2021 and President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2018. Mr. Ellison served as Chairman of J. C. Penney Company, Inc., an apparel and home furnishings retailer, from August 2016 until May 2018, and Chief Executive Officer from August 2015 through May 2018 (J. C.
