Mr. Gilmore was appointed as executive chairman in April 2025. He served as chairman of the Board from February 2022 to April 2025 and as a director since 2010. Mr. Gilmore served as our chief executive officer from 2010 to 2022. From 1993 to 2010, he served in various managerial roles with The First American Corporation, including as the chief executive officer of its financial services group and as its chief operating officer. He currently serves as a director of the Automobile Club of Southern California.
