Domenic J. ("Nick") Dell'Osso, Jr., is a seasoned energy executive with over two decades of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector. A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, where he earned a B.S. in Commerce, Dell'Osso began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, specializing in energy mergers and acquisitions. He later advanced to managing director roles at J.P. Morgan and Lehman Brothers, honing his expertise in strategic advisory, capital markets, and corporate finance for major energy clients during a period of industry consolidation. In 2008, Dell'Osso joined Range Resources Corporation as Vice President of Strategy, rapidly ascending to Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and eventually Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in Range's transformation into one of the largest natural gas producers in the Marcellus Shale, overseeing explosive production growth, key acquisitions, and operational efficiencies that delivered substantial shareholder value. His leadership contributed to Range's market capitalization exceeding $10 billion and positioned it as a pioneer in unconventional resource development. As Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Expand Energy Corp. from 2016 to 2020, Dell'Osso built the company into a premier Marcellus Shale operator, assembling a high-quality 85,000-net-acre position in Pennsylvania's core dry gas window. Under his guidance, Expand achieved rapid production ramp-up to over 1 Bcfe per day, leveraging innovative drilling and completion techniques. The company's successful acquisition by EQT Corporation in 2020 for $1.1 billion underscored his strategic vision and execution prowess in the competitive natural gas landscape.
