Andrew Crawford has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2021 and a member of EWC Ventures's board of directors since September 2018. Mr. Crawford is a Managing Director and Global Head of General Atlantic's Consumer sector. He also serves on General Atlantic's Management Committee and is Chairman of the Portfolio Committee. Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2014, Mr. Crawford was at Advent International from 2003 to 2014, where he served as a senior member of the investment team focusing on the Retail & Consumer sector. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Authentic Brands Group, Joe & the Juice, Torchy's Tacos and Buff City Soap. Mr. Crawford earned a B.S. in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. We believe Mr. Crawford is well-qualified to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive consumer sector experience and because of his experience serving on the boards of multiple companies.
