Sarah K. Williamson is currently the Chief Executive Officer of FCLTGlobal, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to focus capital on the long term to support a sustainable and prosperous economy. Ms. Williamson previously spent over 20 years with Wellington Management, a private, independent investment management firm, including as a Partner and Director of Alternative Investments. Before joining Wellington Management, Ms. Williamson was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, a special assistant at the U.S. Department of State, and a Goldman Sachs mergers and acquisitions investment banker. Ms. Williamson also serves as a director of EXL Service (NASDAQ: EXLS), where she serves on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. She also serves as chair of the board of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and a member of the boards of MITIMCo and the Women s Foundation of Boston. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ms. Williamson received her B.A. in economics, with honors, from Williams College in 1984 and earned an M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School in 1989.
