Mr. Gill has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2018. Mr. Gill has more than 30 years of experience in medical device and life sciences industries. From February 2021 to October 2021, Mr. Gill served as the Chief Financial Officer of Perspectum, Ltd, a healthcare technology company which transforms the clinical management of metabolic disease and cancer. Mr. Gill currently serves as a director of Telix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and several private companies. Previously he served on the board of directors of Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. from December 2017 to September 2025, Strongbridge Biopharma, PLC from September 2019 to October 2021, Histogenics, Inc. from January 2015 to July 2019, Melinta Therapeutics, Inc (f/k/a Cempra Inc.) from April 2012 to April 2020, and Strata Skin Sciences from May 2018 to May 2020.
