Gregory Reichow has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2021 and as a member of the Board of Directors of Enovix s predecessor entity. Since July 2016, he has served as a Partner at Eclipse Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm. From June 2013 to July 2016, Mr. Reichow served as Vice President, Production (manufacturing, supply chain and automation engineering), at Tesla, Inc., an electric automobile manufacturer. From April 2011 to June 2013, he served as Vice President of Operations, powertrain, at Tesla.
