Ms. Snapper has served in a multifaceted role within the Company since joining in April 2007. With a proven track record in corporate finance, Ms. Snapper was instrumental in the spin-offs of Care Trust REIT (NASDAQ: CTRE) in 2014 and Pennant Group (NASDAQ: PNTG) in 2019, implementing strategies to meet market needs and enhance shareholder value. She also played a key role in forming Standard Bearer REIT in 2022, driving financial structuring and growth initiatives that solidified the Company's leadership in real estate investment.
