retired. Mr. Magill joined the Company in 2003 as Vice President and Treasurer and subsequently was elected Executive Vice President in February 2005. Mr. Magill assumed the additional duties of Secretary of the Company on June 28, 2012. He retired as a company officer in 2021. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Magill was President and Chief Executive Officer of Safeguard Business Systems, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of business forms, for six years. Prior to that time, Mr. Magill was Executive Vice President and CFO of KBK Capital Corporation, a publicly traded finance company. Mr. Magill joined KBK Capital Corporation after ten years with MCorp, a publicly traded bank holding company, where he held various positions. Mr. Magill has served for 25 years as a director of a non-profit organization, Mission Metroplex, in Arlington, Texas and currently serves as Chairman of its Finance Committee. Mr. Magill was appointed to the Board in July 2025 to fill a vacancy created by a board member who was not presented for re-election at the 2025 shareholder meeting. Mr. Magill is now presented for shareholder approval to serve through the July 2028 shareholder meeting. Mr. Magill is endorsed for election.
