Dr. Manch n has served on our Board since August 2023. Since October 2019, she has served as the Senior Director of Engineering, Research Strategy, Strategy & Tech at Google Research, and Alphabet, Inc., a multinational technology company, where she s leading efforts to develop artificial intelligence and influence its regulation internationally. From July 2018 to August 2019 she served as the Vice President of Engineering for Conversational AI at Roku, and prior to her role at Roku served as a Director of Cognitive Interfaces at Amazon.com. She currently serves on several private boards of directors as well as a strategic advisor to the governments of Andalusia and Spain on matters of artificial intelligence. We believe that Dr. Manch n is qualified to serve as a member of our Board due to her leadership experience in emerging technologies and leadership positions in multinational technology companies.
