Barbara J. Desoer , 72, served as the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Citibank, N.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Citigroup, Inc., a diversified global financial services company, both positions she held from April 2014 through April 2019, and COO of Citibank, N.A. from October 2013 to April 2014.
