Bing Gordon has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2020. Mr. Gordon is a Chief Product Officer and advisor at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, where he has served since June 2008 in a partner capacity. From 1982 to 2008, he held senior leadership roles at Electronic Arts, a gaming company he helped build from its early stages, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer. Mr. Gordon served on the board of directors of Zynga Inc., a publicly traded video game developer, from 2008 until its acquisition by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and has served as a director of Take-Two since that time. Mr. Gordon holds a B.A. in English from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. We believe Mr. Gordon is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to his extensive corporate governance, business development, strategic planning, and executive compensation experience, together with his senior leadership roles at other technology companies.
