Mr. Pacilio had nearly 40 years of experience at Exelon, where he held a variety of management positions within Exelon Nuclear and Exelon Generation, including President and Chief Nuclear Officer, and has held numerous leadership roles outside of Exelon, including leading the nuclear sector s response to the Fukushima tsunami, helping to develop a national industry strategy on digital equipment and cybersecurity, and roles within INPO, the World Nuclear Association, and the NEI, where he served on the executive committee of the board of directors. Skills and qualifications : Mr. Pacilio s qualifications for election include his extensive knowledge of the nuclear industry, which relies heavily on an understanding and application of risk management and regulatory expertise. His understanding of the financial, operational, and environmental requirements for carbon-free generation, including nuclear, wind, and solar, will provide valuable insight to the Board, as the Company pursues its business strategy.
