Justin Gover has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2025. Mr. Gover has served as a member of the board of directors of Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. since August 2023 and Compass Pathways plc since July 2025. From 1999 to May 2021, Mr. Gover served as the founding Chief Executive Officer and as a director of GW Pharmaceuticals plc until its sale to Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Gover served on the board of directors of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO).
