Mr. Davis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Make-A-Wish America (2019 2022) and as director of Xcel Energy Inc. (2006 2020). He also served on the Board of Directors of TDCC (May 2015 September 2017), the DowDuPont Inc. Materials Advisory Committee (September 2017 July 2018), and the Board of Directors of DowDuPont Inc. (July 2018 April 2019). Mr. Davis has served as Independent Lead Director since April 2021.
