Brian Roberts has served on our Board since March 2026. Mr. Roberts currently serves as a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz since October 2024. Mr. Roberts previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Splunk, Inc., an enterprise software company, from January 2023 to September 2024. Prior to joining Splunk, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Financial Officer of Ozone Networks, Inc. (d/b/a OpenSea), a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this role, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Financial Officer of Lyft, Inc., a transportation platform company, from 2014 to 2021. Prior to Lyft, Mr. Roberts held senior corporate development, strategy, and finance roles at Walmart, Microsoft and Inktomi Corporation. Mr. Roberts served as a Senior Managing Director at Evercore prior joining Walmart. Mr. Roberts holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. We believe that Mr. Roberts possesses specific attributes that qualify him to serve as a member of the Board, including his extensive finance and strategy background experience.
