Anna Marrs has served on our Board since June 2023. Ms. Marrs currently serves as Group President, Global Merchant and Network Services at American Express. Prior to this role, Ms. Marrs held positions of increasing responsibility at American Express, including Group President of Global Commercial Services and Credit & Fraud Risk. Since September 2018, Ms. Marrs has also served as a member of American Express's Executive Committee. Prior to American Express, Ms. Marrs served as Regional CEO for Standard Charter's ASEAN and South Asia groups. Prior to Standard Charter, Ms. Marrs was a partner in McKinsey & Company's Banking Practice based in London. Ms. Marrs holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from London Business School. We believe that Ms. Marrs possesses specific attributes that qualify her to serve as a member of the Board, including her extensive finance and audit background experience.
