Peter Klein has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2018. Mr. Klein served as Chief Financial Officer of William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC ( WME ), a marketing firm, from January 2014 to June 2014. Prior to joining WME, Mr. Klein served as Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft Corporation from November 2009 until May 2013. Mr. Klein previously served on the boards of directors of F5 Inc., Apptio, Inc., Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corporation, and Accolade, Inc. Mr. Klein holds a B.A. in history from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington. We believe Mr. Klein s extensive experience as a senior finance executive, including as the chief financial officer of one of the world s largest companies, qualifies him to serve on our board.
