Mr. Spiegel has served as our Executive Vice President, Special Projects since March 2025. Previously he served as our Chief Financial Officer from May 2020 to February 2025. Mr. Spiegel also serves as a member of the board of directors of the general partner of Delek Logistics since July 2014. Prior to joining the board of directors of the general partner of Delek Logistics, Mr. Spiegel served as Chief Executive Officer of Israel Discount Bank Ltd.
