Paula R. Meyer, age 72, has been a director of the Company and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee since 2019. Since 2007, Ms. Meyer has served as a professional, non-executive director. Prior to 2007, she worked in variety of roles within the investment management industry, most recently serving as President of RiverSource Funds, the proprietary fund complex of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (a financial services company) from 1998 to 2006. She has served as a director for Mutual of Omaha (an insurance company) since 2009. She also served as a director of First Command Financial Services, Inc. (a financial services company) from 2009 to 2024, as a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (a government sponsored enterprise) from 2007 to 2016, and on the Investment Company Institute's (a trade association) Board of Governors from 2000 to 2006. Ms. Meyer received her Bachelor of Arts from Luther College, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow. She was also awarded the Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software Engineering Institute in association with Carnegie Mellon University in 2020. Ms. Meyer's qualifications to serve on the Board include her more than 40 years of experience in the industry, consisting of 25 years of executive experience in the financial services and mutual fund industries as well as 17 years of service as a corporate board member on numerous companies.
