Age: 59 Director since: 2021 Mr. Perry was appointed a director of the Company effective with the closing of the Merger. He previously served as a director of Legacy Dime since 2005. Mr. Perry is currently a managing director at CBIZ, Inc., a public accounting firm headquartered in Cleveland, OH where he serves as the National Tax Leader. Previously, he served as Marcum LLP s Tax and Business Leader since 2006 and was a member of the Firm s Executive Committee.
