Mr. Burdiek has served as a member of our Board since November 2021. He previously served as Motion s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its board of directors from its formation in August 2020 until the Business Combination. Mr. Burdiek served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP) from 2011 to March 2020. Prior to joining CalAmp, Mr. Burdiek served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Telenetics Corporation, a manufacturer of data communications products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Burdiek held a variety of technical and executive management roles at Comarco, Inc., a provider of test solutions to the wireless industry. Mr. Burdiek began his career as a design engineer with Hughes Aircraft Company. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Five9, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIVN), a SaaS cloud -based contact center software company, and IntelliShift, a provider of SaaS mobility management solutions. Mr. Burdiek earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and his MBA and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton. Mr. Burdiek is qualified to serve on our Board because of his extensive experience leading software and technology companies.
