Dr. Jacobs has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2016. Since August 2023, Dr. Jacobs has served as Chief Executive Officer of Globalstar, Inc., or Globalstar, a telecom infrastructure provider. From April 2018 to May 2024, Dr. Jacobs served as Chief Executive Officer of VIREWIRX, Inc., formerly XCOM Labs, Inc., a wireless technology company.
