Rory Read has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since November 2024. Previously, Mr. Read served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vonage Holdings Corp. from July 2020 to March 2024. He also served as Senior Vice President at Ericsson from July 2022 to March 2024, having joined the company as part of Ericsson s acquisition of Vonage. Prior to that, Mr. Read served in various roles at Dell Technologies, Inc. from April 2015 to June 2020, including most recently as its Chief Operating Executive, and as Chief Executive Officer and President of Virtustream, a Dell Technologies business from April 2018 to June 2020, and Executive Vice President of Dell Boomi from Feb 2016 to June 2020. Prior to these roles, he served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the board of directors of Advanced Micro Devices and Chief Operating Officer and President at Lenovo following 23 years at IBM. Mr. Read has served on the board of directors of Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2023. Mr. Read holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Hartwick College. We believe that Mr. Read is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his extensive knowledge of the technology industry and software sector, as well as his extensive experience as a senior executive of a technology company, and his insight into corporate matters as our President and Chief Executive Officer.
