Ragy Thomas has served as Chairman of our board of directors since founding Sprinklr in September 2009. Mr. Thomas has served as the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of UnifyApps since October 2025. Previously, Mr. Thomas served at Sprinklr as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer from November 2024 to May 2025, Co-Chief Executive Officer from June 2024 to November 2024 and Chief Executive Officer from September 2009 to June 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Thomas held various positions with Epsilon, a division of Alliance Data Systems Corp. now owned by Publicis Groupe, where he was most recently the president of interactive services from September 2006 to June 2008. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Thomas also was the chief technology officer of Bigfoot Interactive, an email communications company acquired by Epsilon. Mr. Thomas earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India. We believe that Mr. Thomas is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his experience building and leading businesses and his insight into corporate matters as our Founder and Chairman.
