JAMES J. KI M has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Bank since November 1, 2021. Mr. Kim served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank from February 2019 to November 2021. Mr. Kim joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in January 2018 with over 20 years of bank leadership expertise, most recently serving in the positions of controller, chief operations officer, chief financial officer and chief executive officer for financial institutions in the Greater Sacramento Region. He began his career working for an international accountancy and business advisory firm in Sacramento. He obtained his BS in Accountancy and MBA from California State University, Sacramento. In addition to his proven leadership of the Company and his extensive experience in banking laws and regulations, we believe Mr. Kim s extensive knowledge of the financial markets and the markets in which the Company serves qualifies him to serve as President and CEO of our Company and to serve on our Board.
