Dan Quayle has served on our Board since our initial public offering ("IPO") in 2017. Mr. Quayle has served the United States Federal Government in various capacities as a Congressman, Senator, and as the 44th Vice President of the United States of America from 1989 to 1993. Since 1999, Mr. Quayle has been with Cerberus Capital, a New York private investment firm. He has served as Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments, LLC since 2001. Mr. Quayle earned a B.A. degree in political science from DePauw University and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. The Board believes that Mr. Quayle will continue to be a valuable member of our Board because of his experience as the chairman of Cerberus Global Investments, which provides him with in-depth knowledge of geopolitical developments and their impact on macroeconomics, as well as his extensive experience in the areas of government and foreign relations.
