Ms. Ables brings to the Board a depth of experience in the natural gas transportation and marketing aspects of our industry, as evidenced by her numerous leadership positions at Spectra Energy Corp. and predecessor companies, including Duke Energy Corporation. Her extensive experience in pipeline, processing and midstream businesses relates specifically to our natural gas transportation and oil and natural gas marketing strategies. Ms. Ables current directorship at Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. includes serving on the Audit Committee and as Chair on the Ethics, Environment, Safety and Health Committee. Ms. Ables is also very active in community and charitable endeavors, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Houston Methodist Hospital Foundation and the Board of Trustees of United Way of Greater Houston.
