Mr. Glatt joined Platinum Equity in 2008 and is currently a Managing Director. Mr. Glatt leads a team that is responsible for the structuring and execution of transactions, as well as post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of operational performance at certain portfolio companies. Mr. Glatt currently oversees Platinum s investments in Jostens and Electro Rent and previously had responsibility for overseeing United Site Services, Hunterstown Power Generation, Maxim Crane, The San Diego Union-Tribune, American Commercial Lines, PBH Marine Group, Nesco and BlueLine Rental. Prior to joining Platinum in 2008, Mr. Glatt worked in the M&A Group at CIBC World Markets in New York. Mr. Glatt received a Bachelor s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.
