Douglas B. Meehan currently serves as an advisor for Miri Capital Management, a privately owned investment firm focused on investments in software, industrial and business services, and financial platforms, which he joined in March 2026. Prior to joining Miri Capital Management, he served as the Co-Chief Investment Officer for van Biema Value Partners, LLC, an investment management firm, from 2012 through 2025. Prior to joining van Biema Value Partners, Mr. Meehan worked as a research analyst at a proprietary securities fund within Sentinel Real Estate Corp., a privately held real estate investment advisor in New York. He also worked with Duma Capital Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund, as a research analyst. Mr. Meehan received a B.A. in Philosophy from Columbia University, a Ph.D in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from the City University of New York Graduate Center, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he participated in the Applied Value Investing Program. Additional Qualifications: Mr. Meehan brings to the Board his extensive financial markets and real estate experience, as well as experience with sophisticated transactions.
