Ms. Austin has served as President of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm, since January 2004. Ms. Austin also served as chair of the U.S. Mid-Market Investment Advisory Committee of EQT Partners, a private equity group, from 2017 2023. Ms. Austin currently serves on the boards of directors of AbbVie Inc., a biopharmaceutical company; Freshworks, Inc., a provider of modern Software-as-a-Service products; and Verizon Communications, a telecommunications company. She previously served on the board of directors of Abbott Laboratories, a provider of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and nutritional products; Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, an industrial conglomerate; LM Ericsson Telephone Company, a networking and telecommunications company; and Target Corporation, a department store retailer. Education Ms. Austin holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Ms. Austin is a member of the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Qualifications Ms. Austin s extensive management and operating experience with global companies in innovative industries, financial expertise including financial statements, corporate finance and accounting matters, and corporate governance experience make her instrumental to our Board, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
