Mr. Moore has served as a member of our Board since October 2025. Mr. Moore served as Executive Vice President, U.S. Operations and Business Development and President of Novo Nordisk Inc., the U.S. affiliate of Novo Nordisk, a public pharmaceutical company, from January 2025 to February 2026. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Novo Nordisk from March 2023 to January 2025, and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Novo Nordisk from September 2022 to March 2023. Prior to rejoining Novo Nordisk, Mr. Moore was a Partner at Gurnet Point Capital, a private healthcare investment firm, from March 2020 to September 2022, where he focused on healthcare investments across multiple stages of development. From May 2019 to March 2020, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary of Roivant Sciences, a public biopharmaceutical company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moore held senior commercial roles at Novo Nordisk from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Moore has also held leadership positions at several public and private biopharmaceutical and healthcare companies, where he focused on commercial strategy, business development and operations. Mr. Moore holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University. We believe Mr. Moore s extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including his expertise in commercial strategy, business development and corporate leadership, provide him with the qualifications and skills to serve as a member of our Board.
