Marylou Maco joined our Board effective May 11, 2026 in connection with the Merger with Udemy. Prior to the closing of the Merger, Ms. Maco served on the board of directors of Udemy since December 2024. Ms. Maco has served on the board of directors for Avaya, LLC, a cloud communications company, since May 2023. Ms. Maco has served as Chief Revenue and Customer Experience Officer at Avaya, LLC since December 2023. Prior to Avaya, Ms. Maco served as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at Genesys Cloud Services, Inc., a customer experience software company, from July 2020 to January 2023.
