Ms. Cooper has served on the Board since January 20, 2026, and currently is Chairman, President and CEO of Lincoln National Corporation ( Lincoln ). Ms. Cooper joined Lincoln in 2012, serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, Head of Enterprise Risk and Annuity Solutions from 2012 to 2022. She became CEO in May 2022 and assumed the role of Chairman in May 2023.
