Mr. Harrison is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Consolidated. Mr. Harrison served as Vice Chairman of the Board from 1987 through his election as Chairman in 1996 and was elected as Chief Executive Officer in 1994. He was first employed by the Company in 1977 and also served as a Division Sales Manager and as a Vice President. Mr. Harrison brings extensive business, managerial and leadership experience to the Board. With over 48 years of experience with Coca-Cola Consolidated, Mr. Harrison provides the Board with a vital understanding and appreciation of the Company s business. His strong leadership skills have been demonstrated through his service as Chief Executive Officer since 1994 and as Chairman of the Board since 1996.
