Joseph M. Harvey, a director since August 2019, is the company's chief executive officer and is the chief executive officer of Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. Joining the company in 1992 as a REIT analyst, Mr. Harvey subsequently served as a portfolio manager from 1998 to 2016, as chief investment officer from 2003 to 2019 and as president from 2003 to 2024. He has served as the company's chief executive officer since 2022. Mr. Harvey also served as the company's acting chief executive officer from February 2021 until June 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Harvey was a vice president with Robert A.
