Donald E. Clarke has been a member of our Board of Directors since December 2016. From January 2014 through December 2021, Mr. Clarke served as the Chief Financial Officer for Plex Systems, Inc., a cloud technology company, and also held the position of its interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2017 through November 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Eloqua, Inc. from March 2008 to March 2013. Prior to working at Eloqua, Mr. Clarke served as Chief Financial Officer for Cloakware, Inc. from August 2006 to February 2008 and for Visual Networks, Inc. from July 2004 to March 2006. Mr. Clarke has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. since May 2014 and Slice Solutions, Inc. since November 2023. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. We believe Mr. Clarke is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors because of his experience in operations, strategy, accounting, and financial management at both publicly and privately held companies.
