Mr. McKim founded the Company in 1980 and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since its founding and as the Chief Technology Officer since March 31, 2023. Prior to that, Mr. McKim had served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President since the Company's founding in 1980. Mr. McKim holds an MBA from Northeastern University's D'Amore - McKim School of Business and an honorary doctorate from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He serves on Northeastern University's Board of Trustees and South Shore Health's Board of Directors. Skills and Qualifications: Mr. McKim is recognized as an industry leader, with more than four decades of experience in the environmental services business. He is also the largest individual shareholder of the Company, and his interests are therefore significantly aligned with those of the other shareholders.
