Mr. Miller has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2017. Since January 2025, Mr. Miller has been a founder and partner of Evantic Capital, a new venture capital firm based in London. Mr. Miller was previously a Partner at Sequoia Capital, a venture capital firm, from 2012 until January 2025. Mr. Miller currently serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately-held companies. Mr. Miller holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University.
