Ms. Henry has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2021. From May 2014 to October 2023, Ms. Henry served in various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Square, at Block, Inc., a public software and financial services company. From 2006 to 2014, Ms. Henry served in various positions, including as Vice President of Amazon Web Services and Storage Services, for Amazon.com Inc., an e-commerce company.
