She has extensive background in risk management, monetary policy, and bank supervision having had responsibility for the Bank Analysis and Advisory and Technical Services functions during her service at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She has experience in crisis management as chair of the Cross-Border Crisis Management Group, an international group of supervisors which coordinated recovery and resolution planning for large, global financial institutions for the Resolution Steering Group of the G-20 s Financial Stability Board.
