Earlier in his career, from 2006 to 2008, Mr. Walsh served as President, Chief Financial Officer, and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Escala Group, Inc. He has also held various senior financial leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, developing extensive experience in global finance, capital markets, operations, and strategic transactions. Mr. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the SC Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
