Mr. Williams is vice chair at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. With assets under management of approximately $4 trillion, the firm is a global leader in investment management. He served as executive director and chief investment officer for the Florida State Board of Administration, prior to his retirement in 2021. There, he managed approximately $250 billion in assets, including those of the Florida Retirement System, the fifth largest public pension fund in the United States. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a trustee of the National Institute for Public Finance and serves on the board of the Economic Club of Florida.
