Mr. Clancy is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Turner & Townsend, a London-based company that provides program management, cost consultancy, and project management services globally. Turner & Townsend has been a majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE since 2021. Mr. Clancy joined Turner & Townsend in 1989. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2008 and Chairman since 2015. Before being named Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clancy led the company s international business and prior to that, its United Kingdom cost management business. Mr. Clancy brings to our Board more than 35 years of real estate experience with in-depth experience in the set-up, procurement, and delivery of highly complex major programs across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. Mr. Clancy is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors and holds a degree in Construction Economics from London South Bank University.
