Mr. Boze is the Managing Principal of Bridges Capital LLC, founded in 2024 to invest in commercial real estate properties primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Boze served as the Independent Chair of our Board from May 2018 to November 2023. He served as the President, a Partner, and a member of the Management Committee of ValueAct Capital, a privately owned investment firm from August 2005 to January 2024. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital, Mr. Boze was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Boze brings to our Board experience in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investments. He previously served on the board of directors of Trinity Industries, Inc. and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. Mr. Boze holds a B.E. from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA charterholder.
