Director since 2021 Age 68 David M. Fields joined the Board as of November 1, 2021. Mr. Fields serves as Chair of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Company s Board of Directors. Mr. Fields has over 30 years of experience leading operations, administration and legal affairs for companies with large-scale branded real estate holdings. From 2014 through 2024, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Sunset Development Company, the developer of Northern California s 585-acre Bishop Ranch. Currently, he continues as a Senior Advisor to Sunset Development.
