Maya Martinez-Davis has been a director of the Company since September 3, 2025. Since January 2019, Ms. Martinez-Davis has served as President, U.S., of GSK (NYSE: GSK), a global pharmaceuticals company, and she became a member of GSK s executive committee in January 2026. Prior to GSK, Ms. Martinez-Davis held a number of leadership roles at Merck Serono, a global pharmaceuticals company, from 2016 to 2019, including President of Latin America biopharma and Senior Vice President and Head of Global Oncology for Merck Serono s biopharma business. Prior to Merck, Ms. Martinez-Davis worked at Pfizer, Inc. (NYSE: PFE), a global pharmaceuticals company, from 2003 to 2015, in the areas of oncology, vaccines and specialty portfolios. Ms. Martinez-Davis also served on the Board of Directors of Mirati Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the developed of targeted oncology therapies, from 2018 until its acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb in January 2024. Ms. Martinez-Davis holds an undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and a Master s degree in business leadership and marketing from the IE Business Institute in Madrid, Spain. The Board believes Ms. Martinez-Davis s breadth of knowledge and valuable understanding of the pharmaceutical industry based on her experience as a pharmaceutical executive and director qualify her to serve on the Board.
